Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานขนาดเล็ก
ที่เป็นนิติบุคคล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 1 และเขต 2 จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา
ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานใน
สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา
ขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 432 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบบันทึกการสนทนา สถิติที่ใช้ใ
นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานขนาดเล็กที่เป็นนิติบุคคล สังกัดสำนักงาน
เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 1 และเขต 2 โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานขนาดเล็กที่เป็นนิติบุคคล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
ราชบุรี เขต 1 และเขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรจำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันทั้งในภาพรวม
และรายด้านทุกด้าน จำแนกตาม อายุ ประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน และตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน พบว่า แตกต่างกัน
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน และจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า
ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ และด้านการบริหารงาน
ทั่วไป แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล 3) การพัฒนาการบริหาร
สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานขนาดเล็กที่เป็นนิติบุคคล สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 1 และเขต 2 คือ ควรให้สถานศึกษา
เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และเป็นผู้นำ ในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านวิชาการ โดยให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมจัดหาแหล่ง
ทรัพยากร ด้านวัตถุ คน เงิน และระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อจัดการศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรศึกษาระเบียบบริหารงานบุคคล
และประสานงานกับสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในการกำหนดตำแหน่ง อัตรากำลังครู และส่งเสริมพัฒนาการใช้
เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาให้แก่บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาอย่างทั่วถึง
The purposes of this research were a study of the legal entity school management of the small basic
education schools in the office ofRatchaburiBasic Education Service Area 1 and 2, and to compare
the legal entity school management regarding to the administrators, teachers and leaders school
board’ sex, age, education level, work experience and work position. To collect data device 2 steps,
the first step 432 sample consisted of the administrators, teachers and leaders school board.The research
instrument was a constructed rating-scale questionnaire, with 0.97 reliabilty, it was designed to measure the
legal entity school management in 4; academic principle, budged principle, personnel principle and general
principle, the second step 10 administrators for focus group discussion. The statistics used for analyzing
the acquired data were mean ( ) standard deviation (S.D.) t-test one-way analysis of variance The results
of the research were as follows: (1) The legal entity school management of the small basic education in
the office ofRatchaburi Service Area 1 and 2, was as the high levels when analyzed as a whole and
individually. The priority was budged principle, general principle, personnel principle and academic
principle.(2) The comparison of the legal entity school management regarding to sex showed no
significantly different at the .05 level in all aspects, in both general and individual analyses ,to ages
showed significantly different at the .05 level in all aspects, in both general and individual analyses,
to education level showed significantly different at the .05 level in all aspects, in both general and
individual analyses, to personnel principle, to work experience showed significantly different at
the .05 level in all aspects, in both general and individual analyses, to work position showed significantly
different at the .05 level in all aspects, in both general and individual analyses.
